7. User Content

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prospo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Prospo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
